Care tips: This wonderful succulent is often referred to as the ‘Coral Cactus’ because of its resemblance to coral. It is not actually a cactus but a succulent. It therefore stores water in its thick stem. These plants are made by grafting one succulent onto another and you can see the join as a ‘V’ shape on the stem. Water only when the compost is completely dry and feed during the growing season with a liquid plant fertiliser, we sell Liquid Gold Leaf which is suitable for all houseplants. Keep in a very bright spot out of direct sunlight.
Pet safe: No, these plants are toxic to animals. Euphorbias have a milky white sap which if it gets onto your skin can be an irritant. If this happens wash it off immediately.
