Leiaster leachi (Gray, 1840)

Colour cream,orange extensively spotted and blotched with irregular areas of red spots. Reef flats, lagoons and slopes.Typical substrate film-feeder as well as on rock-encrusting organisms.

Reproduction: asexual and sexual (Embryos hatch into planktonic larvae).
