Info

This small damselfish is certainly a flash of color in any aquarium, with every turn its beautiful golden coloration comes out, it is similarly easy to keep as the popular Chromis virides.
You should always keep the perch in a group of 3 or more, as this is what they are used to in the sea.
According to its natural environment, Pycnochromis agilis needs a lot of free swimming space, but also retreat possibilities, which are easy to create by the reef construction.
Corals or shrimp are not bothered by the perch, Pycnochromis agilis is considered a peaceful reef dweller.
Besides the usual meaty diet, algae flakes also come into question, it makes sense to vitaminize the food from time to time.
