[Diatome]

I have an NC 12 that has been running since 2004 but the display is a 60, which was an upgrade from a 37 I started in 2005. It is changing in some ways but here is the full tank shot and a couple of detail shots to give you an idea. One major change is the leather on the right is gone, making room for some caps.

Thanks. Thankfully I discovered my local reef goup to help fill in the few spots left open. Now I need an updated shot.

The tank has bene in transition and I am now happier after thinning the livestock and rescaping. I was reluctant to part with some corals but very happy I moved some to my kids' 12 gallon and traded off the rest. I will update the original livestock list instead of a new list but the big change is teh nephthea is gone as well as the torch, frog spawn and duncan moved to the kids' 12.

Thanks everyone. That is a Merulina.

I evicted the chromis. Turns out he went from just sleeping in there to hiding in there so he went to my kids' aquarium. He was being picked on.

Thank you very much. I am trying to keep the tank under control after reducing the biolode, to better care for the larger colonies. My kids cried last night because I didn;t bring home any frags from the frag swap. How's that for brainwashing the kids?

Love it! Cant wait to have kids, will give me an excuse to put more tanks in the house. "Baby they each need their own tank, we can't play favorites"
