Description:

This is one about 2 inches long - 1.5inches for the wings and about half an inch for the head. It has a comb-like antennae facing either sides of its face. Its surface feels thick to the touch. It ticks its head on plywood, hence, locally called Takdo-Piti.

Habitat:

Usually found in abandoned wooden fixtures in remote forests

It's better that you place your spotting under mission Beetles! instead of Moths in the Philippines.
