MASSIVE COSCINARAEA
Fairly
common on shallow reefs. Encrusting, sheet-like, or massive, deep
calices with smooth septo-costae in elongate depressions, white
denticles outline ridges, gray or brown.
Coscinaraea exesa is columnar without
grooves. Red Sea to Japan and French Polynesia.
