Gehyra mutilata - tentative
I think this may be Gehyra mutilata, based on visual similarity and distribution here:
https://alchetron.com/Gehyra-mutilata
https://reptile-database.reptarium.cz/species?genus=Gehyra&species=mutilata
but I am not 100% sure.
"Gehyra mutilata" is a wide-ranging lizard that is probably native to Southeast Asia. It has made its way to several areas of the world including Sri Lanka, Indochina, and many of the U.S. Pacific Islands.
