Trichophyton rubrum on Culture and Microscopy
 - can develop deep red plate pigment (hence rubrum); the pictured isolate did not
 - macroconidia are straight, and don't narrowed
 - microconidia have "birds-on-a-wire" appearance, growing directly off the hyphae
