The item was held long in Chenai, When it arrives in Singapore delivery was very fast. A little disappointed as there was only one rhizome not more as shown. Fortunately, the sole rhizome was not damaged.

This is a case of fraud. I ordered red ginger, but instead, I received regular ginger with red powder sprinkled on it. This is unacceptable and deceptive. I demand a refund for this misleading product. It is important for businesses to uphold honesty and integrity in their practices. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly and ensure that such misleading practices are not repeated in the future. Thank you.

Apologies for any difficulty caused you. Please read the item description on the product listing page carefully. It is a particular variety of medicinal ginger growing on "red mineral soil" called red ginger. It is clearly mentioned on the item description. If you wash it thoroughly the colour of the ginger turn to cream. But surely it a variety of medicinal ginger. It is surely not any fraud or scam as you mentioned. The same item picture was uploaded. Please check the description and listing photo before do a false claim. There is an option for return for 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the purchase you please return the item to seller mentioned the address on the package. Or do contact with seller on his whatsapp +919241228945. Regards
