These are Terminal Cuttings (from the tip of the mother plant with leaves), will root quickly in water or damp soil. Cuttings will be harvested fresh when ordered and will measure approximately 12" long w/ stem. You can trim to desired length before planting and plant the cut piece as well!. As a houseplant the ti plant does best in bright light. Outdoors bright light to full sun and protected from wind. Handles dry and poor soil conditions but appreciates a good, rich well-drained soil inside or outside. Indoors lightly fertilize with a liquid 20-20-20 fertilizer 1/2 strength. Outdoors, apply a balanced slow-release fertilizer in the spring. DO NOT over-water.
