YES! We spray every week for pests and use chemicals & fertilizers to maintain the health of our plants.

The UPS 3 Day Select Upgrade assures that your plant is in transit for no more than 3 days. We ask that you upgrade if you are in the following states: Arizona, Oregon, Montana, California, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming and Nevada.

Unfortunately we do no offer free shipping to HI or AK. We ask customers from these states to purchase a USPS upgrade.

Sorry we do not Ship Plants to Puerto Rico

We carefully pack our plants covering the soil with synthetic cotton securing it with clear tape, then we place them in a papel sleeve to ensure their leaves won’t be damaged

We put bamboo sticks so that they do not slide in the box and then fill the box with eco-packing peanuts or paper to make sure the plant is secure in place

We place fragile stickers visible on the box and usually ship a large amount of plants together to make sure Fedex is extra careful

Once in transit it us up to Fedex to deliver on their promises of caring for perishables. If there is any issue during transit we take it up with Fedex. During winter we add insulation to plant orders that are being delivered to especially cold states.

Please note we DO NOT offer full refunds on any orders. We ask that customers reach out within 48 hours of receiving their plant with pictures so that we may set up a claim with the shipper. After the claim is set up we work with customers on a solution with either a replacement or a partial refund.

Unfortunately, we are not at any storefront. We are a fully online business. We can always send pictures of our current crop, that way you may choose your own plant.
