Grown for it's upright tropical evergreen landscape perennial shrub, the shrimp plant is highly attractive to hummingbirds. In warm climates golden shrimp plant can grow 3-6 feet tall but in container culture it can be kept much shorter.

We carefully pack our plants covering the soil with synthetic cotton securing it with clear tape, then we place them in a papel sleeve to ensure their leaves won’t be damaged

We put bamboo sticks so that they do not slide in the box and then fill the box with eco-packing peanuts or paper to make sure the plant is secure in place

We place fragile stickers visible on the box and usually ship a large amount of plants together to make sure Fedex is extra careful

Once in transit it us up to Fedex to deliver on their promises of caring for perishables. If there is any issue during transit we take it up with Fedex. During winter we add insulation to plant orders that are being delivered to especially cold states.

I have loved using this site for shrimp Plant, but the yellow shrimp Plant came barely rooted, but puzzlingly with 2 blooms, I saw the sign that said let it ‘rest in pot for 4-5 days but after 2 days my yardman saw it and planted it, now I don’t think it’s going to make ii😢
