We carefully pack our plants covering the soil with synthetic cotton securing it with clear tape, then we place them in a papel sleeve to ensure their leaves won’t be damaged

We put bamboo sticks so that they do not slide in the box and then fill the box with eco-packing peanuts or paper to make sure the plant is secure in place

We place fragile stickers visible on the box and usually ship a large amount of plants together to make sure Fedex is extra careful

Once in transit it us up to Fedex to deliver on their promises of caring for perishables. If there is any issue during transit we take it up with Fedex. During winter we add insulation to plant orders that are being delivered to especially cold states.

For the price and from the photos these were smaller than I anticipated with basically just 3-4 small plant starts in the large pot. They arrived in perfect condition and packaging was great. I am sure they will take off and grow quite well.
