Algae arrived after 2 days in transit with night temperatures below zero in a paper envelope. Was dead and full of rotten fauna. Stank, was vile mush Totally ripped off. Refused refund. Worst experience on eBay or any online purchase. Shameful.

Customer messaged me, saying was unhappy with smell and look of algae, I replied to each message within minutes (even though it was outside of business hours), he seemed to think it was ok to bin the algae and demand a refund. I replied that the final position, if a customer isn't happy is to return the algae for a full refund. What customers can't do is refuse to return products and demand their money back, that is not how it works. Any seller providing goods to this buyer take note!
