Well, I never received the item. Post office says it was delivered, but it never came. Seeing it took 10 days to ship, it was probably dead anyways. Overall a neutral to negative experience. The seller advertised a low price shipping, then seems to email all the buyers to upgrade the shipping IF they want the product alive. Most likely I will be tagged as a disgruntled buyer or some other negative name by the seller. This is just my honest experience. These sellers would never replace anything.

Poor packaging, frag not attached to a mount. Coral came in envelope wet opening position frag water looked brown and a terrible smell. Messaged seller they were more interested in telling me I waited to long to call him about the coral for them to approve replacement. This was within four hours of delivery. No more business with me with this person. I don t know if coral was dead , sick or very healthy wh n my tank and down in the do

Not going to get into it. I sent a note to seller that I wanted the item sent to my new address and gave it to that person. It took begging to get a refund because the person wouldn’t change the address, furthermore he/she banned me from further purchases. This is a no-no in customer service. No matter what the plea is, one should always try to satisfy the customer. This person should be able to sell on eBay, however needs some additional training in customer service.

This person made a purchase then messaged us to change the shipping address which is a violation of ebay. We showed them the documentation on ebay that clearly shows it is not allowed but they are allowed to cancel their order and place a new one but they refused to after multiple attempts. Then they suspiciously created another account to placed another order. We have the right to refuse sales from suspicous order such as this and will cancel and refund them in full.
