The tropical plant arrived after two weeks and several arrival date changes, 3 days late from last update. January here in Philly is COLD. Plant arrived DOA. Not well insulated (in a paper cup) no heating pack. I am not entirely blaming the seller and he refunded me promptly. I should NEVER have tropicals delivered in Winter. When it left Florida I am sure it was happy and healthy. It just too many delays unheated. Write on box: "Live Plant - keep warm at all times" next time.
