I paint rocks and the last three times I have been getting more small rocks then anything ! I use to get a few more bigger ones! Plus I am suppose to get between 98 to 103 and I received 91! The rocks are getting smaller ! It wasn’t the 20 piece it was the 98 to 103 pieces

This review is for the 24 pk of Lifetop Painting Rocks; 2-3 inches.
They arrived within the expected timeframe and mostly intact. The were packaged in a sturdy bag, but the bag was delivered loosely in an amazon box. This item may benefit from some additional cushioning/packing material to ensure they arrive completely intact. This is not the manufacturer's fault.

The sizes are exactly as expected/described. The rocks are smooth, with no cracks, and well shaped for painting. The value is great as far as price goes. These are slightly less expensive the others I've purchased of a similar quality.

Will purchase again as if they are consistent in sizing, than it is exactly what I need on the regular.
I can't wait to paint these and would definitely recommend them.

If you are paying for rocks, young you would be SO disappointed! That being said, young me was too, but modern me was ok paying for the convenience. These rocks all came in great shape and size, excellent for painting. They do have a light dust on them, so be sure to rinse them and let them dry before painting.

Go to your nearest garden center, and I don't mean the big box construction supply stores. Go to a local garden center. They're often aware of the local
rock painters and will give us a good deal. For instance, a 1 gal. pail full for $5.00. A 5 gal. bucket
for $10.00

I purchased both the 24pk and 10pk to paint rocks for my graduating students. I'd be lying if I said I didn't almost cry over how perfectly smooth and sized the 24pk ones were. But then I opened the 10pk and felt much less joy. The rocks in the 10pk are whiter in color which is great for painting BUT they are rougher, more cracked, and less round/flat than any of the rocks I received in the 24pk. I'd recommend paying a bit extra for the 24pk because only about 4 rocks out of the 10pk are actually as pictured and will be easy to paint.
