Description: Woody subshrubs. Leaves obovate to elliptic-lanceolate, base obtuse or rounded, margins irregularly serrate-dentate or crenate to the distal half. Flowers yellow, axillary, solitary. Fruit a schizocarp; seeds ca. 2 mm long, black.
