Uses: This small gardenia is from South Africa and is well suited to South Australian conditions.
It has rich displays of perfumed cream to white flowers in summer.
Parts of this plant such as the roots have been used in various native medicines in Africa. The timber has an unusual quality of bending not breaking.
Likes well drained, slightly acidic soils.
