Abstract
Jamun (Syzygium cumini Skeels) is an economically important tree in India, which also has medicinal properties. Seventy nine species (Lepidoptera 34, Hemiptera 26, Diptera 5, Coleopteran 8 and Thysanoptera 6) are known to attack Jamun in India.
