Keeltail Needlefish

Aha aka Platybelone argalus (Lesueur, 1821) aka Flat-Tail Needlefish

Ok, these fishes were downright weird looking. And they were pretty big – if they were a needle it was the space needle, not a quilting needle. I only say one or two, but it could be because they are supposed to be more active at night.
