Identification Marks: Palpi upturned, the 2nd joint broadly scaled in front and not reaching the vertex of head, 3rd joint well developed; maxillary palpi long. Head, thorax, abdomen and wings brown; abdomen ringed with white. Fore wing with antemedial line absent; a medial black-edged white band developed, not reaching the costa, its outer edge irregular and toothed on vein 2; postmedial line represented by a white band from costa to vein 5, some white speaks beyond the excurved portion; cilia are white below the apex and above outer angle. Hind wing with white medial wider band, more regular, less oblique and only slightly narrowing to inner margin; cilia white below apex and at middle. (W.S. 23 mm).
