Beautiful 1950's vintage print including the following fishes: Cypsilurus bahiensis; Parexocoetus brachypterus - Sail fin flying fish; Hyporhamphus, Australian Garfish This book plate is taken from a disbound book on Ichthyology. The prints in this collection are on a delicate satin paper which is blank to the reverse. Most have some age-toning or discoloration to margins and some evidence of light handling which is to be expected. The colours vary from bright to delicate depending in the particular fish, but please be aware that monitors vary in their colour representation. Paper size: 21 x 27 cm OR 8 X 11 inches approximately. Your print will be slipped inside a polythene bag with extra card or paper, then posted in a cardboard-backed envelope, via airmail if overseas.
