Range: West Central Pacific Ocean: Great Barrier Reef and the Coral Sea to Tonga.

Size: 12 inches - 30 cm

Natural Environment: Inhabits steep outer reef faces and usually found at depths between 15 - 65 feet (5 - 20 m) where it feeds upon zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
